About this item

Guitar players, this Red Hot Rails pickup is seriously hot - we're talking 15K resistance with ceramic magnet for some aggressive, high-output tone that cuts through any mix. The brilliant part is it fits right into standard single-coil routes, so you can drop it into your Stratocaster or Squier without any routing or modification. You can install it in neck, middle, or bridge position (just note it's not reverse polarity, so plan your setup accordingly). The four-conductor wiring means you can wire it for coil splitting - black wire is ground, yellow is hot, red and white are for splitting. That gives you tons of tonal options from thick humbucker sounds to thinner single-coil tones. The white ABS bobbin with chrome steel blades looks killer against most pickguards. They include screws and springs for installation, and I'd recommend using a 500K potentiometer to really let this pickup shine. Installation does require some care - the plastic parts can be delicate if you're rough with them. But if you want to seriously upgrade your guitar's output and versatility without modifying your guitar, this Red Hot Rails delivers professional-level performance at a very reasonable price.
